The 69th Legislative District consists of part of BEDFORD County consisting of the TOWNSHIPS of Cumberland Valley, Harrison, Juniata, King, Lincoln, Londonderry, Napier and West St. Clair and the BOROUGHS of Hyndman, Manns Choice, New Paris, Pleasantville and Schellsburg and Part of SOMERSET County consisting of the TOWNSHIPS of Allegheny, Black, Brothersvalley, Fairhope, Greenville, Jefferson, Larimer, Lincoln, Middlecreek, Milford, Northampton, Ogle, Paint, Quemahoning, Shade, Somerset, Southampton and Stonycreek and the BOROUGHS of Benson, Berlin, Callimont, Casselman, Central City, Hooversville, Indian Lake, New Baltimore, New Centerville, Rockwood, Seven Springs (Somerset County Portion), Shanksville, Somerset, Stoystown, Wellersburg and Windber.

HARRISBURG – Rep. Carl Walker Metzgar (R-Somerset/Bedford) today announced that the House of Representatives has voted to terminate the portion of the governor’s emergency declaration that has held millions of business owners and employees across the state hostage.

Cambria, Somerset County Legislators Ask, ‘Too Little, Too Late?’

HARRISBURG – Both Cambria and Somerset counties are among the next 13 Pennsylvania counties being moved to the yellow phase of reopening by Gov. Tom Wolf and Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine. The change, which was announced Friday, will officially take place at 12:01 a.m. this Friday, May 15.
