WHAT: The bridge on State Route 1015 over the Raystown Branch of the Juniata River in Allegheny Township, Somerset County, will be designated as the Staff Sergeant William Will Memorial Bridge. Will, a Glassport native, was killed in action during the Vietnam War on July 5, 1966.
